Outsmarting the Parking Ban in Madrid
In 2018, Madrid introduced a new law that prohibits non-electric cars to park in its central area. Diesel cars are not even allowed to pass through the center of the city. And the ones who did got a 90 euros fine. It has been a very controversial issue and all media were talking about it.
